Judges Seeking Guidance on Holdout Jurors

SAN FRANCISCO - A tearful young juror tells a judge in a criminal trial she has serious doubts about the defendant's guilt. The other jurors, who have no such doubts, are angry and one of them yells at her. She wants out of the deliberations. The judge eventually excuses her.
