HP Loses Trademark Infringement Action
SAN JOSE - A U.S. District Court judge in Massachusetts has issued a preliminary injunction ordering Silicon Valley's Hewlett-Packard to change the name of an 8-week-old computer data storage product because it infringes the trademark of the EMC Corp.
