Term-Limit Measure Killed By High Court
SAN FRANCISCO - The California Supreme Court, following similar rulings elsewhere, Thursday struck down a voter-approved ballot measure that instructed state and federal legislators to push for term limits in Congress and saddled them with a "scarlet letter" on future ballots if they refused.
