Securities Fraud Plaintiffs Face Tough Standard
SAN FRANCISCO - The watershed federal appellate ruling Friday that raised the pleading standards for plaintiffs in securities fraud cases higher than any other circuit court in the country is almost certain to result in U.S. Supreme Court review to resolve conflicting circuit opinions, attorneys said.
