Davis Names Two Superior Court Commissioners to the L.A. Bench
Longtime Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioners Robert A. Schnider and David Sotelo were appointed judges by Gov. Gray Davis on Dec. 26.

Schnider, 57, of Sherman Oaks, has sat as a family law commissioner since his appointment by the Superior Court judges to the bench in 1981. Before that, he was in private practice.
