Hitchens Makes New Assignments

SAN FRANCISCO - A new presiding judge has installed the old regime in the San Francisco Superior Courts' law and motion departments. Presiding Judge Donna Hitchens tapped Judges Ronald Quidachay and David Garcia to run the two law and motion departments. The two judges previously served a combined 14 years in law and motion departments, many of them next door to each other.
