Bar Court Slams Attorney for Misuse of 'Notarios'

In a case of first impression, the Review Department of the State Bar Court has recommended that an immigration lawyer be suspended from practice for relying on nonattorney immigration consultants, commonly known as "notarios," in representing clients in immigration court.
