Partners Decry Trustee's 'Radical' Reading of Code
SAN FRANCISCO - A lawyer representing close to half of the former partners of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison said Tuesday that settlement demands sent out by the bankrupt firm's trustee relied on a "very radical interpretation" of California Corporations Code section 16957.
