Panel Halts Release of Spector Testimony
LOS ANGELES - An appeals court has halted the release of grand-jury testimony in legendary rock producer Phil Spector's murder case. The 2nd District Court of Appeal's temporary stay of the release came late Friday, after Spector filed a brief arguing that dissemination of the "one-sided" grand-jury testimony would deny him a fair trial.
