2 on Death Row Get Habeas Hearings
SAN FRANCISCO - The state Supreme Court granted habeas corpus hearings Wednesday to two men on California's death row. Clifford Stanley Bolden of San Francisco, sentenced in 1991 for killing a man he met in a bar, will get a chance to prove that a juror at his trial knew him but failed to disclose the relationship.
