Former Tenants Sue Jurist Landlord

SANTA ANA - Three former tenants sued Orange Superior Court Judge John M. Watson on Tuesday, alleging that the jurist refused to fix his La Habra property and abused his authority by using court letterhead stationery and personnel to intimidate them.
