Abercrombie Pays $40 Million in Settlement
LOS ANGELES - Upscale clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch will pay $40 million to employees and rejected job applicants under a preliminary settlement reached Tuesday in a class action that accused the national chain of racial and gender discrimination.
