Margin of Votes Inches Higher in Judicial Race
LOS ANGELES - The razor-thin margin of votes separating court Referee Mildred Escobedo from Deputy District Attorney Patrick Campbell in the closely contested race for an open judicial seat in Office 18 on the Los Angeles Superior Court inched higher this week, as county officials continued counting absentee and provisional ballots.
