Groups Begin Recall Effort Against Judge
SACRAMENTO - Same-sex marriage opponents moved forward Friday with their efforts to recall a state trial judge and also announced they had appealed the judge's decision upholding the state's domestic partnership laws, which had sparked their recall attempt.
