Judge Tosses Defamation Suit Against City Attorney
SAN FRANCISCO - San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera was just exercising his right to free speech when he referred to one of the country's biggest construction magnates as "greedy" and a "corrosive influence," a San Francisco judge said in dismissing a $5 million defamation suit against Herrera.
