Depositions Permitted in Criminal Case

SAN JOSE - Defendants in an impending economic espionage trial will be allowed to depose the federal government's expert witnesses. U.S. District Judge James Ware gave the green light to the depositions late last week, ruling the case involved "exceptional circumstances."
