Morgan Lewis Settles With Brobeck for $10.2 Million
SAN FRANCISCO - The judge overseeing the Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison bankruptcy approved a settlement late Thursday in which Morgan, Lewis & Bockius will pay the estate $10.2 million to settle claims it unfairly profited by Brobeck's demise.
