Court Appears Cool to Right-to-Counsel Case

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Tuesday appeared unreceptive to arguments that a Florida death-row inmate's Sixth Amendment right to counsel was denied when his attorney conceded his guilt at trial, without his consent, in an attempt to spare the inmate a death sentence.
