Getting $90 Million Judgment Won't Avert Malpractice Suit

Rudy, Exelrod & Zieff , 119 Cal.App.4th 930 (June 22, 2004), in which the 1st District Court of Appeal allowed a legal-malpractice suit to proceed beyond the demurrer stage against class-action counsel who obtained a $90 million judgment on behalf of the class represented.
