Lawmaker Wants Disclosure of New Judges Rated Unqualified

A lawmaker, upset over the lack of diversity in the governor's judicial appointments, said he will introduce a bill requiring the State Bar to disclose when Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger appoints judges who are considered to be unqualified by an official vetting committee.
