Scuttled Deal Adds Fuel to Yahoo Suit

Attorneys representing two Yahoo! Inc. shareholders that had already sued the Sunnyvale-based company and its board of directors over their handling of Microsoft Corp.'s takeover bid said Tuesday that they would amend their lawsuit this week to include facts that have arisen since the deal collapsed.
