Prosecutors Investigating Cross-County Patient Dumping
Calling it a "very serious case" of alleged homeless patient dumping, representatives for Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said Monday that they are investigating an Orange County hospital for allegedly driving a schizophrenic, bipolar man 40 miles to Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.
