Perkins Coie in Craigslist, Ebay Spat

EBay Inc. revealed a redacted version of a complaint filed in Delaware Chancery Court against Craigslist's controlling shareholders this week in which it accused Craigslist of holding secret meetings with Perkins Coie partner Edward Wes to draft agreements designed to dilute the San Jose auction site's minority stake.
