Artist to Receive Record Payout For Lost Downtown L.A. Mural

Artist Kent Twitchell will receive $1.1 million to settle a lawsuit he filed after workers painted over his mural that had graced the side of a downtown government building. The settlement, announced Wednesday, is by far the largest to date for a defaced mural.
