Coachella Settles with Former City Attorney
The city of Coachella agreed to settle a $3.7 million malpractice lawsuit against its former city attorney for $500,000.

The city of Coachella agreed to settle a $3.7 million malpractice lawsuit against its former city attorney for $500,000.
The city accused Jimmy L. Gutierrez in a 2008 suit of negligently preparing contracts relating to bonds for a single-family home subdivision of 155 houses.
Gutierrez, a Chino attorney who was terminated by the city in 2006, could not be reached for comment Tuesday....
