Chunghwa Settles in Price Fixing Case
Indirect purchaser plaintiffs have reached a $10 million settlement with Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. in a civil case alleging price fixing in the market for cathode ray tube products.

Indirect purchaser plaintiffs in a price fixing case against the manufacturers of cathode ray tube products have reached a settlement with defendant Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd.
