Leonard I. Weinglass

Civil rights attorney Leonard I. Weinglass, who mentored a generation of progressive, political lawyers in Los Angeles and around the country died Wednesday.

LOS ANGELES - Civil rights attorney Leonard I. Weinglass, who mentored a generation of progressive, political lawyers in Southern California and around the country and famously represented Daniel Ellsberg in the Pentagon Papers case, died Wednesday evening in New York.
