Back to State Emissions Drawing Board

A San Francisco Superior Court judge has issued a ruling that requires the state to do further study before moving forward with a plan to cut greenhouse emissions.

SAN FRANCISCO - The California Air Resources Board plans to appeal a superior court judge's ruling that forces the agency to do additional study before moving forward with a 2006 law to cut greenhouse emissions.
