Bomb in Eco-Activists' Case Ordered Tested

A Northern District magistrate judge has ordered the FBI to allow third-party testing of bomb remnants from an unsolved case involving environmental activists.

SAN FRANCISCO - A magistrate judge has ordered the FBI to allow independent testing of bomb remnants from an unsolved 1990 attack on environmental activists Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney.
