Sidley grabs M&A partner from Cooley in Palo Alto
Sidley Austin LLP continued the expansion of its Palo Alto office Wednesday with the addition of former Cooley LLP mergers and acquisitions partner Jennifer Fonner Fitchen, who represents Zynga Inc., Yelp Inc. and Jazz Pharmaceuticals Inc.
