Farmworker wins $800K in damages, injunction against employer for assault

A farmworker who claimed she was sexually harassed and assaulted at a berry farm won nearly $800,000 in damages and an injunction against her employer in an arbitrator's order.

A farmworker who was sexually assaulted at a berry farm won nearly $800,000 in damages and an injunction against her employer in an arbitrator's order, which her lawyers plan to submit for approval in Monterey County Superior Court later this week.
