Will bankruptcy filings continue dramatic decline?

According to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, during the 12-month period ending on Dec. 31, 2014, 936,795 cases were filed in the bankruptcy courts throughout the U.S., down from 1,071,932 bankruptcy cases filed in calendar year 2013.
