Jackson family loses appeal in negligence case against AEG

The concert promoter could not have known physician Conrad Murray would take actions that helped lead to Jackson's death, the appellate panel ruled.

A Los Angeles trial court was right to throw out a claim of negligence filed by relatives of Michael Jackson against AEG Live LLC, the 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled Friday.
