Renewable energy assets aggregator hires GC in LA

John C. Crow has moved in-house to VRDT Corp. from Jones Morrison LLP.

VRDT Corp. in Los Angeles has appointed John C. Crow as its new general counsel. Crow succeeds Robert Kasprzak, who left the position in May, according to his LinkedIn page.


VRDT, known colloquially as "Verdant," aggregates a variety of renewable energy technology assets.
