Pinterest acquires data analytics startup

San Francisco social bookmarking company Pinterest Inc. acquired Palo Alto targeted advertising technology startup Kosei in a deal announced Wednesday. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Paul Hastings LLP worked the deal.

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP represented San Francisco social bookmarking company Pinterest Inc. in its acquisition of Palo Alto targeted advertising technology startup Kosei in a deal announced Wednesday. Financial details and terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
