Monster sues Apple subsidiary for fraud over headphones
Monster LLC and its CEO are suing Apple Inc.-owned Beats Electronics LLC and several music industry celebrities in San Mateo County Superior Court, claiming the defendants ripped off Monster and its alleged invention, the "Beats by Dr. Dre" headphones.

Media company Monster LLC and its CEO are suing Apple Inc.-owned Beats Electronics LLC and several music industry celebrities in San Mateo County Superior Court, claiming the defendants ripped off Monster and its alleged invention, the "Beats by Dr. Dre" headphones.
