New justices sworn in
Lawmakers, justices and other Capitol dignitaries flooded the Stanley Mosk Library and Courts Building in Sacramento Monday afternoon for the swearing-in of Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar (center), 42, and Leondra R. Kruger (right), 38, the two state supreme court justices appointed by Gov. Jerry Brown last year.
