Gov. Jerry Brown appointed Bet Tzedek attorney Kevin Kish as director of the Department of Fair Employment and Housing on Monday.
Kish, a Yale Law School graduate, has worked on cases involving low-wage workers and human trafficking, and most recently helped score a victory for unaccompanied immigrant minors.
