Thomas Herbert, name partner of San Francisco intellectual property boutique Flehr Hohbach Test Albritton & Herbert, died April 6. He was 84.
Herbert had been struggling with his health for years, and he retired about 15 years ago and moved to Woodland to be closer to his family, according to Neil A. Smith, a San Francisco-based partner with Rimon PC who knew Herbert.
