Alhambra immigration firm opposes client in contract dispute

Argument is over whether client withdrew her EB-5 visa petition and whether her investment contract is still valid.

An Alhambra immigration firm is opposing a Chinese national's proposed amendments to her federal suit against them as she seeks to bring in more evidence claiming the firm fraudulently caused her to make a $500,000 real estate investment in exchange for a Green Card she never received.
