Retired Sacramento Superior Court Judge Robert C. Hight joined JAMS on Monday.

Hight, who officially retired on Friday, served as director of the California Department of Fish and Game from 1999 to 2003.

Before that, he spent 28 years at the State Lands Commission, working his way up from staff counsel to executive officer.
