Former state commissioner named GC

Global investment advisory firm Robertson Stephens LLC announced the hiring of Preston P. DuFauchard as general counsel Tuesday.

Global investment advisory firm Robertson Stephens LLC has hired Preston P. DuFauchard as general counsel.

Previously a financial consultant and currently a board member of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, DuFauchard joins the San Francisco-based firm to oversee the global legal and compliance arms, it was announced Tuesday.
