Anaheim Seeks Zoning Ruling Reversal

ANAHEIM - Anaheim city officials, calling a recent 4th District Court of Appeal opinion "factually inaccurate," petitioned the court Wednesday to reverse its opinion directing the city to issue a business permit to a man who wants to build a sex-oriented business there.
