9th Circuit Sides With Unions in Wage Decision

SAN FRANCISCO - In a victory for labor unions, a federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that determination of prevailing wage rates and job classifications is not limited to traditional Department of Labor area surveys but may rely on union contracts to classify particular jobs and wage rates.
