Federal Prosecutors Ask Judge to Deny Discovery
SAN JOSE - Hoping to block an effort by class-action plaintiffs' attorneys to get a look at documents from the Justice Department's criminal investigation of a medical device company, a federal prosecutor warned U.S. District Court Judge Jeremy Fogel of San Jose Monday that government investigations could be compromised.
