As the bus wasn't due for another hour, he ambled into the Liberty End Cafe and ordered a plate of macaroni and a beer. To the irresistible rhythms that poured out of a canary yellow jukebox, Sam began to shuffle his feet in a solo dance. The Louisville shuffle was born.
