Cooley Snubs Board's Call to Discuss Inglewood

LOS ANGELES - District Attorney Steve Cooley snubbed the county Board of Supervisors Tuesday, failing to show up to answer questions about why his investigators arrested the amateur videographer who taped a white police officer beating a black 16-year-old teen in Inglewood.
