Blake Wants 'Special Circumstance' Tossed

LOS ANGELES - Robert Blake asked the Court of Appeal on Friday to force Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Lloyd Nash to consider freeing him on bail, and throwing out the "special circumstance" attached to his murder charge.

        Blake, 68, was arrested April 18, and charged with the murder of his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley on May 4, 2001.
