Court OKs Replacement for Judge on Ballot

SANTA ANA - An Orange County judge has ruled that a Costa Mesa attorney may replace Judge Ronald Kline on the November judicial election ballot, since Kline has withdrawn his re-election bid while he fights charges of molesting a 14-year-old and keeping child pornography.
