NATIONAL LAW INSTITUTE PICKS INCUMBENT OFFICERS

The Council of the American Law Institute re-elected its incumbent officers to another one-year term May 12. Michael Traynor, partner at the San Francisco office of Palo Alto-based Cooley Godward, will serve his third year as president. Traynor, 67, was the first president to serve from the West Coast.
